Starting from a telecom-grade GSM network management system, through Motorola’s global handset launch configuration platform, PaaS cloud development, and OpenStack private cloud delivery — a twenty-year journey always focused on enterprise infrastructure software, evolving from engineering to product leadership.
Founded a startup in 2013, secured SoftBank China Series A investment in 2020, and led the design and development of three core products: cloud-native DR platform HyperBDR, online cloud migration platform HyperMotion, and enterprise AI model operations platform AGIOne. Products are deployed in Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Malaysia, Brazil, Nigeria, and beyond — serving government judicial bodies, major banks, and Global 500 manufacturers, including 3,700 VMs migrated in 3 months and 70 TB of judicial data protected with zero margin for error. Throughout global expansion, I’ve been hands-on across the full commercial cycle — pre-sales solution demos, technical due diligence, and post-delivery support — conducting all business negotiations and technical presentations directly in English with clients across Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Malaysia, Brazil, and beyond.
As one of 17 official Ceph Foundation Ambassadors worldwide, I’ve spent over a decade building China’s Ceph community and advancing open-source distributed storage. I co-founded the Ceph China Community, organized Cephalocon APAC 2018 — Ceph’s first-ever global summit — and have spoken at multiple OpenStack and Ceph Asia-Pacific summits, bringing China’s open-source voice to the world stage.
Long-running technical education and content work: custom OpenStack training for Ericsson, HP, Cisco, Inspur, and others; published courses on CSDN and 51CTO; and an active Douyin tech channel with 10,000+ followers, focused on cloud computing and AI trends. Making complex technology teachable and systematic is a habit baked into how I work.
In the AI era, the push is toward the full replacement of traditional development with AI across the team: shipped products built with 100% AI-driven development, systematically tackled the hallucination and reliability challenges that arise in production AI applications, significantly boosted overall team efficiency through AI tooling, and continuously expanded the company’s product portfolio powered by AI. At the organizational level, exploring a new engineering paradigm for the AI era — from knowledge sharing to workflow redesign — driving the team’s evolution toward a human-AI collaboration culture.

Built cloud migration and DR SaaS platforms from the ground up. Led technical architecture and product development for HyperBDR, HyperMotion, and AGIOne. Drove global product expansion into the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Listed on AWS Marketplace and Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.

Technical Manager
First worked on Huawei's US Research Institute PaaS platform (Cloud Foundry), gaining experience in containerization and multi-tenant architecture. Then led OpenStack-based enterprise private cloud delivery — the pivot point toward thinking about enterprise cloud infrastructure as a product, not just a technology.

Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead
Developed the Flex handset configuration management platform (Linux/Java/Android) — a complex enterprise system governing the full global handset launch pipeline, from hardware specs and carrier customization to market certification. A textbook To B system at scale. Also worked on the Blur cloud platform; built foundational experience in large-scale system engineering and technical leadership.

Software Engineer
Developed the Tianjin Mobile GSM network management platform (Phase III). The reliability, complex configuration, and multi-party integration demands of carrier-grade systems laid the foundation for everything that followed in enterprise software engineering.

Ceph is one of the world’s most widely deployed open-source distributed storage systems. As an official Ceph Foundation Ambassador for China, I’ve spent over a decade building China’s Ceph community and bringing its voice to the global stage — including organizing Cephalocon APAC 2018, the first-ever global Ceph summit.
